From No Feart CIC to
Irene Education
A message of gratitude
In 2015, No Feart CIC was established with a simple mission: to support people affected by abuse, trauma and adversity through education, recovery and community-based services.
No Feart was never the destination—it was the beginning. Every conversation, every participant, every funder, every partnership and every lesson learned helped shape the education programmes that now continue through Irene Education.
-
Eleven years of work.
-
Over £400,000 secured in funding.

-
Work delivered across Scotland, the UK and beyond.
-

-

-
Community projects.
-
Then...
What happened next?
While leading No Feart, I was also developing my own educational programmes independently, in my own time.
Those programmes became:
Irene Education Ltd.
As our funded projects came to a natural conclusion, it became clear that the next chapter would be creating a sustainable education and training organisation that could continue this work long into the future.
To every participant, volunteer, staff member, partner organisation, funder and supporter who believed in No Feart over the last eleven years—thank you.
You helped shape work that will continue for many years through Irene Education.
The legacy of No Feart continues through Irene Education, founded in memory of Irene Harris and committed to creating safer individuals, stronger communities and lasting change through education.
